Colorful Egg Pan
The perfect colorful egg pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Zucchini
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 Tomatoes
- 8 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Chives
- First cook the whole potatoes until they are soft.
- Peel the zucchini and cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes and also cut them into slices. Cut the pre-cooked potatoes into slices as well. Cut the chives into rolls.
- Put some oil in a pan and let it get hot. Now add a portion (approx. 1/4 part) of the potato, courgette and tomato slices to the pan and add a little salt. Fry the whole thing for about 2-3 minutes.
- In the meantime, put 2 eggs in a tall cup or something similar, season with salt and pepper and stir well. Add the beaten egg to the vegetables in the pan and let stand for a few minutes with the lid closed.
- Arrange the colorful egg pan on a plate and prepare another three servings in the same way. In the meantime, keep the finished portions warm in the oven.
- When all the portions are ready, garnish the plates with a little chives.
