Mixed Salad with Cranberries

The perfect mixed salad with cranberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Iceberg lettuce
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 0,5 Bell pepper
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 250 g Date tomatoes
  • 1 Handful Cranberries
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Put the yoghurt in a bowl, add oil, water, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and stir everything into a dressing.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion, clean and dice the bell pepper, peel and dice the cucumber, halve the tomatoes, cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, add everything to the dressing with the cranberries, mix well, let it steep a little and serve.
