Pineapple-kiwi-lime Jam

The perfect pineapple-kiwi-lime jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pineapple fresh
  • 2 Kiwi fresh
  • 6 Limes
  • 1 piece Cinammon
  • 1,5 Bags Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces.
  2. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into pieces.
  3. Extract the juice from the limes and save the pulp.
  4. Put all the fruit, fruit juice and pulp in a saucepan and let it boil. Now coarsely chop the fruits with the hand blender. Add the cinnamon stick and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Then add the preserving sugar, stir well and simmer for another 10 minutes. Take a gel sample.
  5. In the meantime, rinse the jam jars with hot water.
  6. If the jelly sample is okay, pour the jam into the jars, close them tightly and turn them upside down for 20 minutes. Turn around and you’re done. Keep the jam cool and dark.
