Pizza with Sucuk and Sheep Cheese

The perfect pizza with sucuk and sheep cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pizza dough
  • 1 ring Sucuk
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 200 g Sheep cheese
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Dried basil
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  1. Make a pizza dough (see my cookbook) or roll out a finished one from the cooling shelf on a baking sheet
  2. Place the pizza tomatoes in a small bowl, season with the spices and herbs and spread on the pizza dough.
  3. Drain the mushrooms and spread them on the pizza as well.
  4. Spread half of the Emmental cheese on the pizza.
  5. Cut the sucuk into slices, cut the sheep’s cheese into cubes and place on the pizza.
  6. Now sprinkle the remaining cheese on the pizza and bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 30 minutes.
