Pizza with Sucuk and Sheep Cheese
The perfect pizza with sucuk and sheep cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pizza dough
- 1 ring Sucuk
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 1 Can Mushrooms
- 200 g Sheep cheese
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Dried basil
- Dried oregano
- Dried thyme
- Make a pizza dough (see my cookbook) or roll out a finished one from the cooling shelf on a baking sheet
- Place the pizza tomatoes in a small bowl, season with the spices and herbs and spread on the pizza dough.
- Drain the mushrooms and spread them on the pizza as well.
- Spread half of the Emmental cheese on the pizza.
- Cut the sucuk into slices, cut the sheep’s cheese into cubes and place on the pizza.
- Now sprinkle the remaining cheese on the pizza and bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 30 minutes.
