Prawns with Asparagus and Ham
The perfect prawns with asparagus and ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Shrimp
- 100 g Fresh asparagus
- 2 tbsp Lean ham cubes
- 2 tbsp Herb butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Cut the peeled asparagus into pieces about 5 mm wide.
- Fry the asparagus pieces in butter and oil.
- Add the ham cubes, all over medium heat.
- Finally the prawns can be put in the pan,
- Season to taste with pepper.
