Lukewarm Bean Salad

The perfect lukewarm bean salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g French beans
  • 2 Spring onions
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Cucumber vinegar
  • 70 ml Cream
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Remove the ends of the beans, wash and cook in salted water for about 4 minutes. Then strain and quench with ice water.
  2. Clean the spring onions, cut them as small as possible and mix with 3 tablespoons of oil, vinegar and cream and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the beans and marinate with it.

To do this, enough:

  1. Goes well with chops and mashed potatoes
