Tomatoes – Peppers – Cream Cheese Dip

- 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 6 Cherry tomatoes panicles
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 Charlotte
- 1 teaspoon Guar gum for cold dishes if you want to use the dip as a spread
- Salt
- Chop the tomatoes, onions and peppers and add to the cream cheese with the chopped clove of garlic and the herbs of Provence.
- Add the paprika powder, Espelette pepper and the olive oil and stir well.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Guar gum is tasteless. You can buy it in health food stores.
