Stock: Fruity Tea Blend

The perfect stock: fruity tea blend recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Blackberry leaves
  • 35 g Raspberry leaves
  • 25 g Strawberry leaves
  • 10 g Woodruff leaves
  1. Read out the leaves and spread them out on a cloth or other suitable surface and let them dry slowly.
  2. Then chop it up with a rolling pin and let it dry out for another two to three days.
  3. Put the tea herbs in a tightly sealable jar for the reserve.
  4. For brewing, fill about a tablespoon of drugs (that’s what all dried herbs are called in the pharmacist’s language) in a tea bag, pour boiling water over it and let it steep for about 5 – 7 minutes.
  5. This tea tastes similar to black tea and can be drunk hot and cold, or as the basis for a mixed drink. I like it best with a dash of lemon juice and a dash of elderflower syrup.
  6. Since the leaves are fresh NOW, one should not hesitate long, grab a basket and scissors and go into the forest. ;-)))))
  7. This recipe is from a pharmacist and I found it in a herbal book.
