Side Dish: Ajvar Mashed Potatoes

- 650 g Potatoes, floury
- 3 tbsp Ajvar, mild or spicy
- 100 g Crème légère, 15% fat
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 1 Msp Celery salt
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Maggi herb, chopped
- Salt pepper
- Peel the potatoes, chop them roughly and cook them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until soft. Then drain, leaving a little water in the pot. Process into a pulp with the tamper.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve while warm.
