Egg in Toast Ring

The perfect egg in toast ring recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 NS. Toast
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Cut out the middle of the toast slices with a glass. Melt the butter in a pan and put the toast slices in. Only when the butter is really hot, carefully crack the eggs, let them slide into the middle, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toast bread slices approx. 3 min. Fry on each side, sprinkling with parsley before serving.
