Quick Tarte Flambée

dough

  • 500 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 220 ml Lukewarm water
  • 14 g Sugar
  • 14 g Salt
  • 1 dice Yeast
  • 28 ml Olive oil
  • 0,2 g Muscle nut

Covering

  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 75 ml Cream
  • 1 piece Egg yolk
  • 5 g Salt
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 0,5 g Ground caraway
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 100 g Onion rings

  1. Crumble the yeast into the water. Add sugar, flour, salt, olive oil and nutmeg
  1. Then knead into a dough for 5 minutes
  1. Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour

Covering

  1. Mix the sour cream with the cream and spices
  1. Roll out the dough into four thin flat cakes
  1. Brush with sauce and thinly cover with diced ham and onion rings
  1. Bake 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees fan-assisted
