Quick Tarte Flambée
The perfect quick tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 500 g Wheat flour type 550
- 220 ml Lukewarm water
- 14 g Sugar
- 14 g Salt
- 1 dice Yeast
- 28 ml Olive oil
- 0,2 g Muscle nut
Covering
- 200 g Sour cream
- 75 ml Cream
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 5 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
- 0,5 g Ground caraway
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 100 g Onion rings
dough
- Crumble the yeast into the water. Add sugar, flour, salt, olive oil and nutmeg
- Then knead into a dough for 5 minutes
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour
Covering
- Mix the sour cream with the cream and spices
- Roll out the dough into four thin flat cakes
- Brush with sauce and thinly cover with diced ham and onion rings
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees fan-assisted
