Radish Sausage Salad

The perfect radish sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pickled cucumbers, small
  • 2 Wiener sausages
  • 2 Red onions
  • 2 bunch Radishes fresh
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  1. Cut the pickled cucumbers and sausages into thin slices, peel the onions into thin slices or slice them.
  1. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Wash the chives and cut into thin rolls.
  1. For the vinaigrette, stir together the vinegar, salt and sugar. Beat the oil on it.
  1. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and vinaigrette, season if necessary.
  1. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread and creme fraiche
