Marinated Pork Steaks with Romaine Lettuce

The perfect marinated pork steaks with romaine lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pork steaks
  • 4 Grilled sausages
  • Marinade
  • 2 essl Oil
  • 2 essl Chakalaka spice
  • Red and salt chilli flakes
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Salad
  • 2 kl Romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 essl Oil
  • Vinegar and oil
  • Radish
  • 1 Chopped onion
  1. Make a marinade from the ingredients and prepare the steaks for at least 1 hour. marinate in it.
  2. use the sour cream and the remaining ingredients to make a dressing. Cut the romaine lettuce into fine strips.
  3. So off to the grill. We had potato salad left over from the day before (see my KB). So everyone went outdoors in the great weather.
  4. Of course, you can also use other grilled meat.
