Romaine Lettuce with Serrano Rolls …

Ingredients
 

  • 2 small Romaine lettuce
  • 1 ripe Tomato
  • 2 slices Serrano ham
  • Mayonnaise from the tube
  • Freshly smooth parsley leaves
  • Olives
  • 0,5 Lemon - just the juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Maggi

Instructions
 

  • Remove the outer leaves of the lettuce, then halve lengthways and cut across into 2-finger-wide strips and place on a salad plate. Halve the tomato, cut each half into 6 wedges and place them around the salad.
  • Roll up the ham slices from the narrow side, then cut across into small rolls. Press a small tuff mayonnaise from the tube into each roll, spread it over the salad and garnish with parsley leaves. Add the olives and let the salad cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Just before serving, drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil and a few drops of Maggi and enjoy immediately.
