Prawns and Squid Rings, Fried in Garlic, Herb and Butter Sauce

The perfect prawns and squid rings, fried in garlic, herb and butter sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 440 g Shrimp frozen
  • 142 g Squid rings, fresh
  • 150 g Herb butter
  • 1 tsp Black sesame
  • 1 Tagliatelle FT bag
  • Salt pepper
  • 5 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Unfortunately I only got squid tubes, so cutting it yourself was the order of the day. I thawed the prawn kebabs in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the skewer and pat dry with kitchen paper.
