Tuna with Teriyaki Sauce

- 350 g Tuna sashimi quality
- 4 El. Sesame seeds
- 6 El. Teriyaki sauce
- 2 El. Sesame oil for frying
- 2 Tl. Seaweed salt
- Season the tuna pieces with seaweed salt, then toss in teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds. Fry in a pan with sesame oil for 1 minute on each side so that the middle remains raw. With sashimi quality you can rest assured. I serve mango pieces and lamb’s lettuce with a mango vinegar dressing.
