Tuna with Teriyaki Sauce

The perfect tuna with teriyaki sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Tuna sashimi quality
  • 4 El. Sesame seeds
  • 6 El. Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 El. Sesame oil for frying
  • 2 Tl. Seaweed salt
  1. Season the tuna pieces with seaweed salt, then toss in teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds. Fry in a pan with sesame oil for 1 minute on each side so that the middle remains raw. With sashimi quality you can rest assured. I serve mango pieces and lamb’s lettuce with a mango vinegar dressing.
