Quick Chicken Salad Barbara

The perfect quick chicken salad barbara recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 550 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Can Pineapple pieces, approx. 135 gr drained weight
  • 1 Can Asparagus, approx. 200 g drained weight
  • 1 Can Mushrooms, approx. 200 g drained weight
  • 0,5 glass Miracel Whip, balance
  • Chicken broth
  • Pineapple juice
  • Pepper and salt
  1. Cook the chicken on a low flame, remove and allow to cool. Then cut the meat into small pieces.
  1. Quarter the pineapple pieces, cut the asparagus into pieces and quarter the mushrooms.
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  1. Mix Miracel Whip, chicken broth, pineapple juice, salt and pepper to create a smooth sauce. Taste it !!! Pour over the ingredients and mix everything well. Season again and season if necessary. Or who wants to make a quick mayonnaise. Only takes 2 minutes and tastes even better.
  1. Serve with baguette
