  • 350 g Hazelnuts
  • 160 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg

  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 20 g Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
  • 60 g Chocolate 70% cocoa

  3. Knead the cocoa powder under one half. Wrap both portions in cling film and chill for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 190 ° (convection 170 °). Line two trays with baking paper.
