Jaroma Cabbage – Vegetable or Salad
The perfect jaroma cabbage – vegetable or salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Jaroma cabbage
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 1 tsp Cumin / cumin
- 1 tsp Colorful pepper
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 piece Shallot
- 200 ml Riesling
- Roast the cumin without any fat in the pan, put it in the mortar, add the pepper mix (with a little allspice).
- Briefly fry the ham in the pan over medium heat. Put aside.
- Remove the cabbage from the stalk and cut into strips, Peel the shallot, cut in half and cut into small pieces.
- Fry the cabbage strips with the shallot in rapeseed oil over medium heat.
- Stir in the spice mixture from the mortar.
- Deglaze with Riesling (young, delicately fruity), cover for 3 minutes.
- Add the ham cubes – done!
