Gyros À La Heiko
The perfect gyros à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Schnitzel meat
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Onions
- Gyros spice
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Chilli from the mill
- Thyme
- Marjoram
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 8 tbsp Water
- Cut the schnitzel into strips. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onions into strips and the garlic into cubes.
- Make a marinade from the oil, water and spices. Put the meat in the marinade and mix well. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a good hour.
- Heat a pan and fry the gyros in portions. Arrange on a plate with french fries and tzatziki and serve. Good Appetite.
