Christmas: Ice Cream Confectionery
The perfect christmas: ice cream confectionery recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For approx. 70 tinfoil capsules:
- 100 g Milk chocolate
- 100 g Coconut oil
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Dark cocoa powder
- Scraped pulp from a bourbon vanilla pod
- Possibly chocolate sprinkles or colorful sugar sprinkles
- About 70 tinfoil capsules are available in every well-stocked supermarket or in specialist shops
- Cut the chocolate and coconut oil into pieces and place in a metal bowl. Melt on the warm water bath.
- Remove the chocolate from the water bath, add powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla sugar to the chocolate mixture and stir in.
- Let the ice chocolate mixture cool down a little (it should be lukewarm) and place in a piping bag with a small perforated nozzle. Spread the tinfoil capsules on a baking sheet and fill with the chocolate mixture. Let cool for about 30 minutes.
- Place the ice confection in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) and let it set.
- Tip 5: If you like, you can decorate the ice cream confectionery with chocolate sprinkles or colorful sugar pearls. A nice gift idea in a glass.
