Pointed Cabbage – Chopping Pan

The perfect pointed cabbage – chopping pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 0,5 Cabbage
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • White milled pepper
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 200 g Processed herb cheese
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  1. Remove unsightly leaves from the pointed cabbage and cut into fine strips. Peel the onion and cut it into fine strips. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Then add the onion strips and sauté with them. Season with salt and pepper. Put the finely chopped pointed cabbage in the pan and sauté. Then stir in the processed cheese, pour in milk. Add the caraway and heat everything through once. Serve with potatoes.
