Mushrooms with Chicken Strips on Spaghetti

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 300 g Chicken fillets
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 200 ml Cream
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Clarified butter
  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry and cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash and chop the parsley.
  2. Fry the chicken strips in clarified butter and season with salt and pepper from the mill. Remove the chicken strips and sauté the mushrooms in the pan. Add the spring onions and cook with them. Season with salt and pepper from the mill.
  3. Stir in the cream and let it boil down. Sprinkle with parsley and season again. Arrange the chicken strips on top of the spaghetti. Good Appetite.
