Lentils with Sausage and Caramelized Pineapple

The perfect lentils with sausage and caramelized pineapple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Plate lenses
  • 1 Soup vegetables
  • 5 Potatoes
  • 1 Kl. Can Pineapple
  • 1 Onion
  • 150 g Meat sausage
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • Oil
  • Vegetable broth
  • Brown sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vinegar
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, clean the soup vegetables, cut them into small pieces and cook them with the lentils in vegetable stock according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel the onions and fry them with the ham cubes in oil until translucent, cut the meat sausage into cubes and add everything to the lentil vegetables.
  3. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and caramelize in a pan with the brown sugar, add to the lentils, season with salt, pepper and vinegar and serve.
