Lentils with Sausage and Caramelized Pineapple

- 1 packet Plate lenses
- 1 Soup vegetables
- 5 Potatoes
- 1 Kl. Can Pineapple
- 1 Onion
- 150 g Meat sausage
- 125 g Ham cubes
- Oil
- Vegetable broth
- Brown sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vinegar
- Peel and dice the potatoes, clean the soup vegetables, cut them into small pieces and cook them with the lentils in vegetable stock according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel the onions and fry them with the ham cubes in oil until translucent, cut the meat sausage into cubes and add everything to the lentil vegetables.
- Cut the pineapple into small pieces and caramelize in a pan with the brown sugar, add to the lentils, season with salt, pepper and vinegar and serve.
