Quick and Tasty Marble Cake

- 130 g Margarine
- 130 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 2 tsp Cocoa powder
- 10 tbsp Milk
- 3 piece Free range eggs
- Mix the sugar, margarine and vanilla sugar until creamy. Then beat the eggs underneath.
- Add flour and baking powder. Stir 5 tablespoons of milk into the batter.
- Divide the dough in half. Now put the cocoa powder in one half and stir it (you can add a small cup of cooled espresso if you want to add a coffee note)
- Grease the box form with margarine. First pour in the light dough, because spread the dark dough over it. Using a fork, draw a pattern through the dough in a spiral.
- Bake at 175 degrees for one hour. Then let cool on a rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
