Pork: Crispy Fried Spare Ribs

The perfect pork: crispy fried spare ribs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Cranberry compote
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Crushed green pepper from the glass
  • 5 Msp Salt
  • 1 kg Spare ribs

For the baking process:

  1. Rinse the spare ribs under cold running water, dry them and cut them into pieces. Place spare ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and put in the hot oven. Bake there at 200 degrees (top / bottom heat) for about 40 minutes.

For the marinade:

  1. Mix the honey, soy sauce, cranberry compote, lemon juice, green, crushed pepper and salt.
  2. After 15 minutes of frying time, take the ribs out of the oven and brush the marinade on both sides. Slide the baking sheet into the oven from the bottom on the 4th shelf.

Important:

  1. Pay attention to the browning of the ribs every now and then during the roasting time, as honey burns very quickly.
