Clear Apple Cake

- 300 g Sifted flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 pck Dry yeast or fresh yeast
- 6 Clear apples
- 0,5 glass Quittengelee
- 1 pinch Cinammon
- 125 ml Milk
- First we make a yeast dough. Pour sifted flour, sugar, egg and yeast with lukewarm milk, stir briefly, wait 1/2 hour until the dough has risen nicely. In the meantime, peel the 6-7 apples into long pieces and cut the top several times with the knife.
- Now finish the yeast dough with flour and put in a greased form. Now place the whole apple pieces with the incised areas facing up and sprinkle with cinnamon. Now spread the quince jelly well with the spoon. Bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees hot air. Finished!
