  1. I took the ready-made sauce because I still had the rest and I really couldn’t find the time to cook. But I can well imagine that it tastes good even without ready-made sauce. But I didn’t want to use just instant sauce either.
  2. For the tortellini, bring the water and salt to the boil. According to the packaging, mine only took 2 minutes. That also worked.
  3. Briefly fry the tomato paste and then add all the other ingredients. This time I put garlic through the garlic press. Stir and let the moment pass.
  4. And so a really tasty meal can be served within 15 minutes.
