Tuna Steak

The perfect tuna steak recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Tuna steaks
  • 4 tbsp Sesame
  • 1 tbsp Cinammon
  • Sal de Ibiza
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Rinse the tuna steaks, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and cinnamon and then “bread” them in sesame seeds.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tuna steaks on both sides. (either with a red core or through – depending on your taste).
