Tuna Steak
The perfect tuna steak recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Tuna steaks
- 4 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tbsp Cinammon
- Sal de Ibiza
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Rinse the tuna steaks, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and cinnamon and then “bread” them in sesame seeds.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tuna steaks on both sides. (either with a red core or through – depending on your taste).
