Dessert: Plum Yogurt Dessert
The perfect dessert: plum yogurt dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Ricotta
- 250 g Natural yoghurt, homemade
- 50 ml Cream 10% fat
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Tonka bean abrasion
- 250 g Plum wedges
- 75 ml Plum wine
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 sheet Gelatin white
- Almond brittle
- Cook the plum wedges with sugar and plum wine until soft. Then puree (my men don’t like to see whole fruit).
- Let the gelatine soak in a little cold water, squeeze it out and dissolve it in the hot plum compote.
- Mix the yoghurt, cream, ricotta, sugar, cinnamon and tonka bean zest and fold in the plum jam.
- Spread on dessert glasses or bowls and let set in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with almond brittle before serving.
