Fried Couscous Balls
The perfect fried couscous balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Couscous
- 0,5 bunch Soup vegetables
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Cut the soup vegetables into very small pieces and cook for about 5 minutes in the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper, stir in the couscous, bring to the boil again and allow to cool.
- Put the egg in the couscous, mix well and form small balls by hand, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in the hot fat.
