Fried Bean Balls

The perfect fried bean balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Dried white beans
  • 2 tablespoon Rocket
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 1 Hot peppers
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 teaspoon Harissa powder
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cashew nuts
  1. Soak the beans overnight.
  2. Puree the beans with the cashew nuts.
  3. Chop the rocket, chop the remaining vegetables.
  4. Add the vegetables with the spices to the beans and mix.
  5. Add the egg and orange juice, mix well and form small balls out of them.
  6. Fry the bean balls for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. The beans are not cooked!
