Cheese and Ham Canapes
The perfect cheese and ham canapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 Discs Edam
- 500 g Cooked ham
- 125 g Butter
- 200 g Processed cheese
- 1 Pck Tk chives or
- 1 Pck Tk 7 herbs
- 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 head Salad
- 2 Poles Baguette
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread 10 slices of Edam cheese on top, slightly overlapping. Melt in the oven at 160 ° degrees until the cheese sticks together and forms a surface. Then take it out of the oven.
- Cut the cooked ham in a rectangular shape and distribute the slices tightly on the cheese.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the processed cheese and 7 herbs mixture. Dice the eggs and mix them too. Now season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on the ham and roll it up tightly using the parchment paper. Leave to set in the refrigerator overnight in the parchment paper, seam facing down.
- The next day, cut the ham and cheese roll into slices. Cut the baguette into slices as well. Now place a slice of baguette, a lettuce leaf and a slice from the roll on top. Repeat the process until the roll is used up.
- The quantity is enough for approx. 50 pieces !!
