Tomato and Mozzarella Platter

The perfect tomato and mozzarella platter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Mozzarella ball
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Basil, the small-leaved one is well suited
  1. Cut the tomatoes (preferably with a slicer) into even slices. Also cut the mozzarella into slices and pluck the basil from the stems. Now fan out the tomatoes and mozzarella on a large plate.
  2. Pour salt and pepper over the tomato and mozzarella mixture. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad, a little more of the balsamic vinegar. Finally, sprinkle the basil leaves over the plate. Finished 🙂
