Feta and Corn Salad

The perfect feta and corn salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Corn
  • 175 g Feta
  • 1 piece Bell pepper
  • 0,5 Pc. Cucumber
  • White wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • Salad herbs
  1. Put the corn and its juice in a bowl. Dice the feta and paprika, halve the cucumber and cut into slices or cubes. Add everything to the corn.
  2. Mix the vinegar and oil for the dressing. Season with salt, pepper and salad herbs. Fold the dressing into the salad. Mix everything well and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
  3. You can vary the herbs and use either fresh or frozen herbs.
