Mango and Melon Shake

The perfect mango and melon shake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Mango
  • 1 piece Cantaloupe melon
  • 500 ml Natural drinking yoghurt, low in fat
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Lemon balm fresh
  1. Peel the mango and remove the pulp from the core.
  2. Halve the melon and remove the core with a spoon. Cut the fruit into wedges and cut the flesh out of the skin with a knife.
  3. Wash lemon balm leaves and dry.
  4. Put the fruits, yoghurt, honey and lemon balm in a blender and puree.
  5. Alternatively, puree the mixture with a hand blender in a tall container.
