Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 1 Cantaloupe melon
- 500 ml Natural drinking yoghurt, low in fat
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 2 tbsp Lemon balm fresh
Instructions
- Peel the mango and remove the pulp from the core.
- Halve the melon and remove the core with a spoon. Cut the fruit into wedges and cut the flesh out of the skin with a knife.
- Wash lemon balm leaves and dry.
- Put the fruits, yoghurt, honey and lemon balm in a blender and puree.
- Alternatively, puree the mixture with a hand blender in a tall container.
