Ingredients

Vanilla mango shake

  • Eggnog
  • Apple and mango compote
  • Vanilla VLA
  • Cream 30% fat
  • Milkmaid
  • Vanilla sugar

Mango cakes

  • Shortcrust pastry
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • So you think about it how you want - but this residual recycling in the winter time is something completely different.
  • I still had something left over from everything and thought - I'll try this now as a leftover coffee in the afternoon. Ultimately, the coffee wasn't made (just a small espresso) and everything else was put together in a harmonious mess for me.
  • Basics are the following recipes: under the following links you can find everything in the original quantities.

shortcrust

  • Rocking roll cakes with 1-2-3 recipe for shortcrust pastry

Apple and mango compote

  • Apple mango compote

eggpunch

  • Egg punch is not only great during Advent

Vanilla VLA

  • VLA (Dutch specialty) with hot cherries

The fruity mango cake

  • For this I chilled the shortcrust pastry well and then rolled it out very thinly with a lot of force. Then I spread the apple mango compote thinly on top - and fold it like with puff pastry - folded it into a sheet about 1 cm thick. Now cut out and put in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 degrees. After cooling, sprinkled with powdered sugar - done.

The hot vanilla mango shake

  • For this I put the rest of the Vla in a glass each. Then I let a tablespoon of milkmaid slide in (per glass). Now I've mixed the eggnog with apple and mango compote. I then poured that into the glasses. Last but not least, add 20 ml. Cream (liquid) and a pinch of vanilla sugar. Place the glasses in the MICRO at 900 watts for 2 minutes each.
  • Put the rest of the cream in an ISI. Now a whipped cream and e.g. Cinnamon sugar on the drink, cookies on the plate and enjoy.
