Apple Pie with Quark and Sour Cream Topping

The perfect apple pie with quark and sour cream topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Covering:

  • 125 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 150 g Sifted flour
  • 100 g Food starch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 kg Scallop apples
  • Lemon juice

Topping:

  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 2 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 packet Cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 packet Custard powder

Batter:

  1. Process all ingredients into a batter, spread on a greased 4-angular tray.
