  • 150 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder

For covering

  • 2 Apples (Boskoop)
  • 1,5 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar own production or
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Cream
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Grease and flour a rectangular baking pan 20x30 cm, preheat the oven to 160 ° C
