Fruit Salad with Vanilla Cream

The perfect fruit salad with vanilla cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Pineapple fresh
  • 200 g Pear fresh
  • 200 g Grapes
  • 200 g Fresh strawberry
  • 200 g Oranges / oranges
  • 200 g Kiwi
  • 200 g Apple fresh
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

vanilla cream

  • 5 dl Whipped cream 40% fat
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • 2 piece Egg yolk
  • 100 g Sugar

  1. Wash the fruit, peel it if necessary and cut it into small bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

  1. Whip cream until creamy. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the vanilla pulp. Add the vanilla, eggs and sugar to the cream and stir with a whisk.
  1. Serve the vanilla cream with the fruit salad. The fruit can be replaced with any other variety.
