Fruit Salad with Orange Blossom Water Cream

  • 5 ml Orange blossom water or rose water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 size Strawberries
  • 10 piece Raspberries
  • 15 piece Blueberries
  • 0,5 piece Banana, sliced
  • 2 ml Argan oil
  • 4 ml Balsamic vinegar crema
  • 5 g Sugar brown
  1. Beat the cream with the orange blossom water and salt
  2. Spread the cream on a plate and spread the fruit over it
