Ingredients
fruit salad
- 200 g Pineapple fresh
- 200 g Pear fresh
- 200 g Grapes
- 200 g Fresh strawberry
- 200 g Oranges / oranges
- 200 g Kiwi
- 200 g Apple fresh
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
vanilla cream
- 5 dL Whipped cream 40% fat
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 2 Egg yolk
- 100 g Sugar
Instructions

- Wash the fruit, peel it if necessary and cut it into small bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice.
vanilla cream
- Whip cream until creamy. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the vanilla pulp. Add the vanilla, eggs and sugar to the cream and stir with a whisk.
- Serve the vanilla cream with the fruit salad. The fruit can be replaced with any other variety.
