Ingredients
 

fruit salad

  • 200 g Pineapple fresh
  • 200 g Pear fresh
  • 200 g Grapes
  • 200 g Fresh strawberry
  • 200 g Oranges / oranges
  • 200 g Kiwi
  • 200 g Apple fresh
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

vanilla cream

  • 5 dL Whipped cream 40% fat
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 100 g Sugar

Instructions

  • Wash the fruit, peel it if necessary and cut it into small bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

vanilla cream

  • Whip cream until creamy. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the vanilla pulp. Add the vanilla, eggs and sugar to the cream and stir with a whisk.
  • Serve the vanilla cream with the fruit salad. The fruit can be replaced with any other variety.
