Moist, Fluffy Waffles

  • 125 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g Lemon flavor
  • 50 g Butter vanilla flavor
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 Cup Lukewarm water
  • 4 Protein
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Baking powder
  1. Beat the egg whites with the pinch of salt until stiff. Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mixxen to a smooth tein. Then carefully fold in the egg white so that a loose mass is created. Now put a small ladle on the waffle iron because the waffles will rise very well. When the waffle is ready, place it on an oven rack and let it cool down so it will be nice and crispy.
