Muffins Black and White

The perfect muffins black and white recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 120 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 6 tbsp Block chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Beat the butter until frothy, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder. Then add 2 tablespoons of milk to the dough and stir until the dough is difficult to tear.
  2. 6 Fill the muffin molds halfway with the batter and top each with a tablespoon of coarsely chopped block chocolate. Stir 2 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder into the remaining batter. Pour this batter into the muffin cases. Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
  3. When eaten hot, the muffins have a liquid chocolate layer and a dark topping.
