Muffins Black and White
The perfect muffins black and white recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 120 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 piece Egg
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 50 g Butter
- 6 tbsp Block chocolate
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 4 tbsp Milk
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Beat the butter until frothy, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder. Then add 2 tablespoons of milk to the dough and stir until the dough is difficult to tear.
- 6 Fill the muffin molds halfway with the batter and top each with a tablespoon of coarsely chopped block chocolate. Stir 2 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder into the remaining batter. Pour this batter into the muffin cases. Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
- When eaten hot, the muffins have a liquid chocolate layer and a dark topping.
