Pasta Salad Mediterano

The perfect pasta salad mediterano recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Spirals or bows or Creste di Gallo
  • 200 g Sheep cheese
  • 100 g Green olives without stones
  • 5 Spring onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 5 Dried tomatoes in oil
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Juice of a lime
  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, then drain. Cut the spring onions and olives into thin slices. Finely chop the garlic, mix well with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Cut the tomatoes into fine strips. Dice cheese.
  1. Mix the noodles with the oil mixture while they are still warm (this way they don’t stick together). Mix all other ingredients with the pasta when they have cooled down. Season to taste with pepper and lime juice. Adding salt is usually not necessary as the ingredients contain plenty of salt.
  1. Let it flow well.
